The enhanced security measures of the platform include two-factor authentication for third-party fund transfers, two-layer login, a virtual keypad, personalized security questions, password change and third-party fund transfer alerts, as well as password encryption and verification through advanced hardware security.

The e-Banking platform supports bill payments to over 36 entities in nine categories, including Telephone, Electricity, Water, Credit cards, Insurance, Pay TV, Schools, Rates, and Other. Additionally, users can invest in Treasury Bills and make payments for share trading transactions by registering their CDS number.

The bank provides round-the-clock customer support through its Call Centre for all e-Banking service users.

The new e-Banking platform is also accessible via mobile devices through the website https://www.commercialbk.com/monline. Moreover, the bank has introduced a dedicated application for account holders with access to the e-Banking service on their mobile devices.

This application allows clients to conveniently access e-banking services directly from their mobile devices, providing greater ease and flexibility without compromising functionality. Users can login using their existing credentials and enjoy a wide range of services, including bill payments, credit card management, fund transfers, and inquiries on account details, fixed deposits, loans, and Treasury bills. The application also includes features such as ATM and Branch locators, exchange rates, and interest rates.
